Nintendo Responds to Wii Release Date Rumors

Bloomberg.com got the chance to talk to Nintendo of Japan spokesman, Yasuhiro Minagawa about the Wii release date rumors. Minagawa-san states,"No change in our plan to release the console in the last quarter of this year..." He also talked about launch date and price saying,"Planning an announcement in September and it may be causing some confusion."

CNN reported few days ago that the Nintendo Wii might be released October as September being the "dark horse candidate".
