Brain Training North America

It appears the Japanese craze, Brain Training series, will be hitting North American shelves soon. The first title in th franchise will be known as Brain Age: Train Your Brain In Minutes A Day, hitting US shelves on April 17. The sequel will follow on May 30, with the moniker Big Brain Academy. Inspired by Professor Ryuta Kawashima, the 'non-game' franchise clocked over a million sales for each of its three titles in Japan, helping inspire the country's DS frenzy in 2005.
