Smaller DS This Spring?
A recent interview of Reggie Fils-Aime reviels that Nintendo has looked into the idea of making the DS smaller."As soon as [the DS] was launched, we started looking at ways to tweak it visually."
A recent issue of a Swedish magazine, Gamereactor, has a rumour that states that a "smaller and better" model of the DS will be out in Spring of 2006. Don't get your hopes up but this is a likely possiblity. With the Revolution coming out next year anything could happen.

I dont get how it can be "better"
A visual redesign.. sure...pointless, but whatever.
But the SP introduced Lithem battiers, backlight and a clamshell design for screen protection.
The DS already has them!
Obviously they wont change the hardware itself. They could make the screen brighter, but thats pointless too, imo.
(if you can see the screen clearly, how does makeing it brighter make it better :?
If you want a touch, buy one!)
Cool. Smaller and lighter. Cool.
Not complaining. Nope, new owners will enjoy that. I'm actually just fine with the size of my current DS, and couldn't really ask for too much more from a slight tweak.

For the love of all thats good and holy in this world, give us a freaking nubby!
I never bought one for the sole fact that they were so clunky; been waiting for this one.
