Rumor: Revolution's Broadway finalized?

The guys at RevoGaming has heard a rumor from inside the development community that IBM has finished the Revolution's Broadway processor. It seems that IBM has shown the plan and the prototype of the processor to Nintendo, and IBM has shown it to selected developers. The first source says that the processor is a dual-core, but the second source didn't reveal anything about the processor.
