Are any of the brain training games coming over to Europe/US? Is there going to be a webbrowser available from somewhere?

The first Brain training game that Nintendo released in Japan will be coming over to Europe, but nothing has been said about North America, and secondly, there's some ppl out there who are tring to make a web browser for the Nintendo DS, and I think there's a reward for that has well, but there's no web broswer available though.
