Big news for the Revolution *Update*
Jim Merrick talked about Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, and he said Nintendo will release 25,000 hotspots across Europe for DS and Revolution compatible service. Merrick also confirmed the USB Wi-Fi adapters will be on shelves alongside Mario Kart DS on November 25 around 39.95 euros, and also that the adapter is compatible for the Revolution.
Now here's the big news for the Revolution. Merrick states that the Revolution will see a worldwide launch in 14 weeks; this means that the Revolution will be released in Japan, North America, and Europe within 14 weeks. Multiplayer mode will be the same as Nintendo DS download play, where you only need one copy of the game to play with others (He might be talking about LAN). Merrick confirms that you can download any retro games that were on any of Nintendo's past systems from diffrent regions; meaning that you can be US or European Revolution owner and you could download games from a Japanese server. Also Merrick says that we won't see any Revolution games in 2005, but the graphics will be no different than the PS3 and Xbox360.
This sounds like some good news for the Revolution, and this might relive most of the Nintendo fanboys, who were worried about the Revolution's graphics.
[Update]
Another good news for Mario Kart DS, as the game will feature chatting option in the DS racing game. You talk with anyone who is on your "Friend List". if you want to see the full interview, then click here.

14 weeks?
Is this a typo?
Ahhhhh
"worldwide launch within 14 weeks" Which means if the Revolution is released in October 2006 in Japan then the system will be released in Europe two months after the release in Japan.
i read into this quite a bit yesterday and the actual translation is there wont be a significant difference in graphics, which is what nintendo has been stating for awhile, so there will be a differance just not "significant" one in nintendo's opinion
