Revolution Behind?

Recent comments from Nintendo's president suggest that the Revolution may be the last console on the market.

"There is no possibility that the Revolution's launch will fall behind by too much, but there might be some small changes [to its launch schedule]."
Satoru Iwata, Nintendo President

On a positive note Iwata also commented that they are beginning plan the release dates long-term for the Revolution for many titles such as Super Smash Bros, Zelda, Mario, Donkey Kong, Metroid and other titles.

They better put all of those titles (at least SSB) at launch. I also hope that they make a new Pikmin game. Pikmin is awesome. :)

I hate to say it PSP Quality but I can't see it as any thing other than a mistake on Nintendo's part. They should have learned that being first does help sell systems (DS anyone?). They went from saying they would release 1st, to ontime, now late. Are they giving up? They said early on that this would be their last console. Hope it don't go out like Dreamcast cuz I'll never wholeheartedly embrace Sony or Microsoft. I didn't get into gaming for those companies.

I have gotten into X-box more now with x-box live and some good games recently, but it it still is not as fun as the Gamecube.

IF nintnedo screws up next generation maybe they become a handheld only company for hardware AND the worlds bigtgest 3rd party developer and still make Mario Metroid and Zelda for Sony and Microsoft.

It would actually SAVE gamers money, only buy one console and addons than 2 .
