Warp Pipe, the minds behind the tunneling of the Gamecube, have now decided to discontinue producing tunneling software and rather head on DemaSked. This news comes with a mass e-mail sent to all people on Warp Pipe mailing list. The site itself has had a complete redo, which you can see here. Also there is a new DemaSked clue which you can view HERE. The latest clue just raises more questions that will probably be answered at this year's E3. Could DemaSked be the Nintendo online? We'll have to wait till E3 for that news, but it is good to see some positive change over at Warp Pipe.

I find Warp Pipe/Demasked hillarious. It seems like the more clues we recieve, the more confused we get. I, personally, think it's all garbage to hold us off until the real product is shown. Although, here's what I can safely guess it might be:
1. Wireless multiplayer protocol
2. Possibly sponsored by Nintendo, although the chance of it being Nintendo's main protocol seems unlikey. Why would a Kyoto giant company like Nintendo put all their weight on two developers, both American mind you.
3. It seems like you may be able to play outside of a hotspot. A lot of the 'clues' show users outside of likey hotspots. Perhaps this is why Nintendo's online protocol will be so good. Afterall, if its limited to hotspots, whats the big deal really?
I haven't gathered much, but I strongly follow these three points.
Uuhhg, that picture on the site creeps me out.
Yeah, scare everybody away with those creepy videos too.
