this news is just not that interesting .. it kinda just pisses me off... we all want the ds to do great .. and when it is ( beat out psp the last 3 weeks) people have to invent somthing to make em look bad. ...why not tell us who sold more december january and this month ? thats right

Um... The DS is still outselling the PSP in overall Japanese sales userbase. This report is not inventng something to make Nintendo look bad. Don't be misunderstood. Remember, this is taking place in the last two months this year(Feburary and March). PSP did good in it's sales, but not enough to overtake the DS userbase.
Honestly...the only reason ds is not selling as well is because of the lack of games...i mean come on, the only great game for ds is mario 64...yoshi's touch n go is good too but only having a whopping like 4 games that are even worth playing is not helping nintendo at all...i'm not going to even consider if psp is going to outsell ds until the end of the year...next christmas will determine who is the going to be on top and who is going to lose out, and honestly, after playing my friends psp...i think nintendo needs to pull something out of it's ass real quick...
Price still matters. And with an additional $100 pricetag, I seriously doubt the Sony PSP can win in North America. Maybe Japan because they are willing to pay more for their electronics, but not in the US. Sony expected 1 million PSP unit sales by launch day. They get less than half that and didn't shatter any sales records either. Nice try, Kutaragi.
Hahahaa
Freedom of speach would say.
PSP is going to OWN DS in 6 months.
PsP rocks, and the comunists here can do nothing to change that, even a poor responce by a hypocrit Nazi wont change the fact.
My DS is an 8/10
My PSP is a 10/10 and plays music
so eat some peaunts and be happy.

*to myself* Humph, fanboy. -_-
I know that it has to do with the price also but...the sheer fact that the psp has a sooo much nicer screen, graphics and the analog thingamabober actually works quite well...they wouldn't have wanted to use true analog because think of how many playstation controllers you've used that eventually the clicky button when bad and then you couldn't zoom in on silent scope...damn that psone controller...anyways...like i said i think nintendo NEEDS to get something...they really need some more games...the list is awesome for whats going to be coming out but a list of games can't be played...i want the real thing...like i said, next christmas...gaming stuff is going to be the only things on my list...the next xbox, playstation, and nintendo revolution and the next gameboy are supposedly going to come out by christmas...we can all hope anyway...
Oh, GOODY! PSP Quality Master (nee, "Controller") is back! Where have you been, oh-he-who-cannot-spell? I've missed CHEWING on your lame ass this past week...
Folks, allow me to translate PSP QM's comments for you. What he's really saying is: "I am a young and idiotic tool, who really can't be held responsible for whatever drivel passing as "speach" leaks from my piehole. Please ignore any rants that I may spew regarding the impending death of Nintendo DS."
Most sincerely,
