Everytime Chad says something on the Warp Pipe forums related to the DemaSked secret I will be here to report it, but here's how the conversation went down.
Azimuth: 1) The service is called Demasked
2) You need $149.99 to demask
3) Chad has said that you are Demasked once you get your DS
4) "Demasked" is not a real word

It was later commented by brandnew707 that this was a line from a song by The Stokes. I myself am not a fan of The Strokes, but if you know which song it is from please post it in a comment. The question of when the announcement of Warp Pipe will be made is still up in the air, but I still think it will be after Halloween as the service is DemaSked (after halloween we demask). Still there is no reply from Chad on an exclusive one on one interview... We'll just have to wait and see. DEMASK.

Those lyrics don't tell us much about DemaSked but thanks alot for posting it maybe tsomeone else will figure it out
Thats an awesome song by the way. Pretty nice guitar solo in the middle. As to dealing with demasked... the song does talk about wanting to be next to someone.
