X-Link & Nintendo DS???

It seems that the masterminds over at Team X-Link have announced today that they would be lending their support for a 3rd party online service for WiFi enabled games. Although, Nintendo doesn't have any plans for any online gaming, it wouldn't be that big of a surprise if Nintendo decided to stick with LAN gameplay only. This is where X-Link steps in. Siilar to what Warp-Pipe did for the Gamecube, X-Link is set on making those LAN based titles into online gaming. All you need is a wireless router and you're good to go.

Details are still being planned out, so we can only direct you to their official website and hope more information is unveiled as the DS launch makes its way.

More info will be given as it is release, so stay near your computers and DS Update for all your future news updates and breaks....
